everybody knows there are few combinations better than tomatoes and wine. nine o’clock wines is amazing, and if you agree with any of these statements, you should make it to this one to properly profess your love to all three.

here’s what we’re thinking for the menu:

grilled focaccia. white chovy, fresh tomato, pepper parsley salad, insalata ricotta

tomato & peach salad with fresh mozz, black garlic molasses and citrus marigold oil

cavatappi with mushroom, tomato, bacon and pecorino cream

grilled chicken leg, tahini biz, cucumber, tomato, olive and butter beans. lemon chimi

almond cake sundae with sweet sun gold syrup and black berries


wines we’ll be sampling:

sparkling blushy lambrusco: Cantine F.lli Carafoli, 'La Divina' Lambrusco di Sorbara Pet Nat NV

hints of black currant and violets. pleasantly acidic and balanced in tannins, sapid and elegant.

crisp af, bright white: Ellena Giuseppe, Langhe Nascetta 2022

light, bright and crisp with good salinity!

chillable red: Paso A Paso, Criolla Clarete Mendoza 2023

floral and fruity aromas with notes of rose petals, ripe peach and an earthy spice. light-bodied with crisp acidity. 

fruity red: Pierre Bories, ‘Hippolyte’ VDF Rouge 2024

juicy and medium-light bodied with crunch tannins with notes of red fruit and a white pepper spice finish. Excellent with harvest foods.

we are located at a warehouse called “the x factory” at 6901 lynn way 15208 on the 2nd floor.

when you arrive, you can park along mcpherson, murtland, or another adjacent side street.

do not park anyone in. do not park in the loading dock.
